Sales & Marketing Manager

Description de la mission

The 4* seminar and business hotel is close to the romantic Baden spa gardens and casino and has 100+ hotel rooms. 10+ bright and modern meeting rooms , a foyer and two terraces including a beautiful garden lounge for wedding receptions, cocktail parties and aperitifs offer space for up to 100+ people.

  • Support and expansion of the existing customer base
  • Achievement of corporate and sales goals in all departments ( Rooms , F&B and MICE)
  • Acquisition of new customers and conclusion of contracts
  • Coordination of sales activities
  • Organization of customer events and house tours
  • Presentation of the hotel at external and internal events
  • Development and implementation of sales measures
  • Regular reports on planned and implemented sales activities
  • Handling of GDS business
  • Placing offers on the various online platforms
  • Ensuring the correct quotation for the implants
  • Finding new sales opportunities and using synergies
  • Cooperation with the revenue department regarding the loading of the rates in the analysis and controlling system
  • Market and competition monitoring
  • Monthly controlling of sales figures and reporting to superiors
  • Monitoring of the booking behavior of the top customers in each segment
  • Reporting of sales & marketing activities to the management

Profil attendu

  • Professional experience as Sales & Marketing Manager in the tourism / hotel industry
  • Market knowledge of the destinations Baden and Zurich is an advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and enjoy direct contact with customers
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working methods
  • Sales talent
  • Well-groomed appearance with a confident demeanor and expression
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Driver's license
