Creation of Hotelis SA. The launch of an ambitious adventure driven by a passion for the hospitality business and a desire to support every talent and partner.


2008

Opening of the Geneva and Lausanne agencies: A strong presence in French-speaking Switzerland, bringing candidates and operations closer together thanks to our in-depth knowledge of local markets.


2009

Opening of the Zürich agency: The beginning of our presence in German-speaking Switzerland to support talent and companies in a dynamic and demanding economic environment.


2010

Opening of the first “on-site” agency on the Palexpo SA site, marking a new stage in supporting our partners right where they do business.


2011

Opening of the “Hotelis Academy” training centre dedicated to hospitality and restaurant professions, strengthening our commitment to developing talent.

Opening of the Sion agency, consolidating our presence in the Valais, as close as possible to local players.


2012

Creation of the “Hotelis Executive” executive recruitment department to meet the strategic leadership needs of businesses.

Our training centre was awarded the eduQua label, official recognition of the quality and high standards of our teaching programmes.


2013

Launch of “Hotelis Housekeeping”, an innovative housekeeping solution specifically dedicated to room service professions.


2014

Creation of the “Hotelis Event Hospitality” department for recruiting and placing hosts and hostesses to support major and prestigious events.


2016

Implementation of kitchen audits and relocation of the training centre to create the “Culinary Academy”


2017

Roll-out of a digital training department (blended learning), integrating innovative tools to combine practical experience and e-learning


2020

Opening of the Bern agency, consolidating our national network and bringing our expertise closer to the key players in the hospitality and restaurant sectors


2023

Implementation and use of an application to plan the assignments of our temporary employees, simplifying management and enhancing operational fluidity.


2024

Long-term commitment with training courses for students and the creation of a sports division, partnering with sports venues, and exploring new synergies.
